Lindell & Zebouni, P.A., has handled many Construction and Complex Civil arbitration cases representing both Claimants, Respondents and Third-Party Respondents.
Anthony Zebouni, a partner at Lindell & Zebouni, P.A., has been a certified AAA neutral for nearly twenty-five years and has handled numerous Construction and Complex Civil arbitration matters. Mr. Zebouni is also a State of Florida qualified Arbitrator.
Mr. Zebouni has been invited to serve as a sole arbitrator and on three person panels for large and complex arbitrations involving construction and commercial disputes.
Mr. Zebouni has also been court appointed by the Circuit Court on arbitration cases in traditional binding arbitration and is available for appointment pursuant to chapter 44.103, Florida Statutes, non-binding arbitrations.
Mr. Zebouni’s arbitration experience includes high rise multi use building construction disputes, residential construction disputes, complex commercial contract disputes, and numerous commercial construction delay and defected construction cases, and construction disputes involving Florida Governmental Projects.
The majority of arbitration cases handled by Lindell & Zebouni, P.A., were binding arbitrations, but we have also represented parties involved in non-binding arbitration.
